(Use a proper introduction, Say your name and your company name immediately)

your auto insurance. But First, Has anyone in your household had any tickets
or accidents in the past 3 years?”

“What is your E-mail address…In case we can not reach you by phone?”
“What is alternate phone number where you can be reached?”
What is the best time to reach you?”
Finally…How would you rate your credit…Poor, fair, good, or excellent.

WRAP UP
