What is the cost of your Mortgage Leads?

The price is derived from the exclusivity, criteria and age of the lead.
There are also different prices for live transfer mortgage leads and next day appointments.

  • The criteria filters such as loan amount, credit scores and LTV can dramatically affect the price of production hence affecting the cost of the lead.
  • The exclusivity of a lead is how many times it can be resold and also affects the price of the lead. This being said exclusive leads are always more expensive and semi-exclusive leads or leads that can be sold to 4 different brokers are usually half the price and always subject to availability.
  • All exclusive leads will not be re-sold within 45 days at which point they are either fed back into our database to be refreshed and recycled or offered in bulk orders as aged or vintage telemarketed leads.
  • Live mortgage leads are also more expensive than next day appointments.  Live mortgage leads or live transfer leads are generated through the exact same process as the exclusive mortgage lead except at the point where the agent would setup a callback appointment they can transfer the call directly to your office or cell phone.
What is your minimum order?

Due to ramp up cost of dedicated campaigns required to produce exclusive mortgage leads the minimum order for exclusive mortgage leads is 100 leads per month however, during times of call center expansion we have been known to take smaller orders to earn the trust of a new company.  For large firms that have high volume requirements of 500 leads per month and greater we will even run a free pilot for up to one week completely absorbing the cost to prove to the customer our capabilities. 

This is truly unheard of in the industry!

What is your replacement policy?

Very simple, our replacement policy is the best in the industry; we replace leads no questions asked, for the following reasons.

  • Exclusivity, it is a mandatory question in our script to make sure that the borrower is not currently working with any other brokers or loan officers furthermore, the exclusive lead will not be sold to any other company within the 45 day period.

  • Criteria, before starting the campaign you have the ability to customize the criteria filters for the leads you will accept and this is signed off on each invoice. If any lead slips through that does not meet your criteria.

  • 100% contact if you cannot contact the customer after a few days of trying different times, we will either try to reset the appointment or the lead will be replaced.
