Our training begins from our recruitment program. Any agent applying to our program must have a college level education. We give all applicants into our training program English aptitude tests. Also included in these test are essays. Each applicant is graded on their knowledge of English grammar and their English dialect in their speech. We then put all passing applicants through one week of training ready to prepare them for outbound dialing on mortgage process and b2b sales lead generation. Our program uses many sales techniques from Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracey, and Dale Carnegie.
