Changing the Password

Changing the password sent in through email is not required. However, changing it will make it easier for the user or the vendor to log in to their profiles.

1. After logging in using the temporary password, the user or the vendor will be directed to the dashboard. A link will appear in red which says “Yes, take me to my profile page”. Click on this.

2. There will be two fields which will require you to put in your new password and retype the new password you chose.

Users or vendors will also be prompted if their new password are very weak. weak, medium or strong.

3. Click on the “Update Profile” button to save the new password.
